Application uses

  • On the top menu click on the County name that you want to review
  • The data is presented in tabular form
    1. The Sale# column is the Sheriff Docket Number
    2. The Sale Date show the sale dates for each property. You will notice that the “Sale Date” Column header is in a blue color. This means you can click on it to sort the data by date in ascending or descending order.
    3. Address Column show each property address. You will notice that each address is in blue color. If you click on the property address it will open its Zillow information page in a new window.
    4. Map column show a word Map in blue color. If you click on this, it will take you to the street map of that property.
    5. The Town column header is also sortable. If you click on that it will sort the column in descending order. This is a quick way to group properties by township.
    6. The status column shows the status as it appears on the sheriff site.

How to

  • Search

    On top of each county page you will see a search box and a button. You can search the properties by Sale Date or by Town. Tip to use the search functionality is to copy the date from the data table that you want to search or the town name that you want to search
